We're really proud of the team we have here at the Middle Ruddings and the friendly and high levels of customer service we try to provide.
We aim to ensure that all guests feel welcomed and at home; whether their stay is ten minutes or ten days, and our team are the only people who can truly make this possible.
As a family run business, we feel it's important for our guests to feel they are simply an extension of that family.
Our staff are largely locals from around Keswick and the surrounding area, we feel this plays a key role in our sucess in delivering excellent service as they have pride in their area and enjoy passing on their knowledge to the guests during their stay.
As a team we have strong communication links between the management and the rest of the team.
We feel that we are part of a valued team where we can make suggestions or speak up regarding anything and we know Liz and Andy will listen and support us.
Liz and Andy are always looking for ways to improve our service to guests and understand the value of seeking advice from those who get a first hand view of how the Inn functions and serves its guests.
