Chrismas Day is time to spend with the ones you love...not slaving away in the kitchen.  So why not let us do that for you with our delicious Christmas Day Menu?!

 

Induldge in our five course menu specially designed by Peter, Liz and the kitchen to incorporate seasonal flavours and home cooking, you can enjoy a bottle of selected wine per couple; sweet treats and christmas merriment all included in the price.  

 

Join us at 3:30pm on Christmas Day to enjoy pre-dinner drinks to begin dinner at 4pm.

Starters...

Brown oxtail soup finished with a hint of sherry

 

Choux pastry and oyster mushroom fritters served on a bed of leaves with parmesan shavings

 

Truffled chicken terrine complimented with red onion chutney

 

Prawns marie rose enrobed with beechwood smoked salmon

 

Mixed vegetable terrine with herbed tomato sauce (vegan)

 

Fish Course...

Codling and spring onion fishcake served with lime drizzle

Sorbet...

Gin, Campari and lime sorbet

 

Main Course…

Roast bronze turkey, cranberry sauce, bread sauce, sage & onion stuffing,

Roast potatoes, pigs in blankets and pan gravy

 

Baked halibut complimented with lemon and olive butter

 

Pan fried fillet steak with a Madeira and shallot sauce
