Fallen Brewing Company- Stirlingshire
From the stunning surrounds of the Kintry hills comes a source of delicious beer made by Jamie, Paul and team. Based in an old railway station these guys make excellent traditional beers with a very modern twist. Loving their un-spoilt environment they have worked hard to use 100% renewable energy sources and recycle most of their waste products.
We feel their modern use of ingredients works well with the idea of a food pairing evening and their choice brews allowed us to have some fun when matching.
Arbour Brewing Co.-Bristol
Started in 2007 as a one-man operation; now an 8 man team, Arbour brews out of a 20 barrel plant in Bristol. Their aim is to produce the best possible beer, with the highest standards and quality products including their own carefully cultivated yeast. They are constantly experimenting and trying new ideas- with over 300 different beers in their recipe book so far!
With the idea of the Beer Lover's to be about trying new beers and tastes we felt their experimental nature was perfect to include in our line up!
Bristol Beer Factory - Bristol
Bristol Beer Factory began in 2004 brewing just a small range of cask-conditioned ales in south Bristol. In their own words they 'soon realised that there is so much more to brewing and so many more styles of beer...to try'. Their range has now expanded to bottles, regulars and specials all with the aim of converting as many people to the 'craft beer revolution'!
Siren Craft Brew- Berkshire
Siren Craft Brew has been officially pushing the boundaries of beer since 2012, with a passion to 'discover ways to excite curiosity' and pass on the love of their craft. They see their beers in the same way many see fine wines and believe it can be enjoyed in the same way. They brew their beers with the highest level of care to ensure the beer has the right flavour, aroma and taste, often using lots if ingredients to achieve this.
