Welcome! |
Liz and Andy and all who work with us would like to welcome you to Middle Ruddings Country Inn and Restaurant. It is a friendly, family owned and run business. Everyone is assured of a friendly welcome.
We have excellent off road parking with two car parking areas. The ground floor of the public bar and restaurant can be accessed by steps or ramp. However, all our bedrooms are either on the first or second floor and we do not have a lift. For those with reduced mobility the bedrooms can be accessed from the top car park with just three steps to negotiate. All members of staff are willing to assist where necessary.

Valentine's day a washout? Come and be a Lake Romantic!
It is located in the pretty Lakeland village of Braithwaite, two miles west of Keswick and opposite the impressive Skiddaw mountain range which dominates the Northern Fells and offers comfortable accommodation and good food in a central location. We support and use Fair Trade Products
The Middle Ruddings was stone built in 1903 (with later extensions) and retains the friendly and open atmosphere of that period. It is set in attractive gardens.
